I agree, i doubt think they wound bring in Josh add the new CAO this far along in the court case if they didn't think the case was going to go the way they wanted it to.
My opinion is the millions of money that Morgan wanted just got reduced to thousands and they have a plan to resolve that.. if not bringing in Josh would have not happened.
