HIRU .0004 getting ready for a bounce in my opinion.

In order to have a bounce you need some type of fluff to get it going!!! You need a company. There is no company here. There is no PRs. The company has not said anything for over 4 months. This shell is dead. Selling shares back and forth making it look like people are interested is not a bounce it is called a scam.
