The 10Q is reflective from several months ago and is not reflective of what is going on today. So what has happened since their last quarter which was just filed?
1). An change in executive management with people who possess a proven successful track record of running businesses and who actually have a large investment in the company.
2). A complete revamping of their business model.
3). A laser focused approach on what is working and what was not working.
4). A reduction of their burn rate by 80% 5). The introduction of several revenue generating streams.
Again, investors need to actually have a certain degree of business acumen in order to realize the progress that is currently being made here.
