Well, in respect to the annual report he says that,

It is my opinion that said document is accurate, up to date, and contains the most current information available on the issuer.



You can find this information in number six of the Attorney Letter. Were you hoping no one would read the letter?

Number 10 says,

Neither the issuer, 5%+ shareholder nor the councel is under investigation for breaking securities laws.



Basically no one involved with IBRC has done anything illegal.

SO at the end of the letter the only negative part of it that I was able to find was the fact that the financial statements aren't publicly audited because MO worked with an independent CPA to get it done. The financials are not overwhelmingly good or bad at all, they are very boring. They don't benefit IBRC in any real way at all (you can tell by the fact that when they were released the PPS didn't even spike). So maybe it would be a problem if they had amazing financials that they were trying to use as the main reason to buy their stock but they aren't.

You are right, that letter is pretty good and should be read by every new investor in its entirety.
