Where did you get that information? Just curious :-).

Negotiations in either case would take time with or without Israel taking a percentage. Israel would have final say in anything to do with drilling or producing oil in their country.

They would have the final okay on who Zion is talking to and if its a good match for the people of Israel and their oil production. For example, I do not think Israel would want to allow a Russian company, but an American company would be fine.

Want to make this clear, THIS IS JUST OPINION based on a gut feeling :)
