It isn't the decrease in Revenue it is about the Losses from Operations. That tells you how efficiently the company is operating.

The loss in revenue doesn't explain the loss from operations.

In 2016 the Losses from Operations was 40% of the Revenue.

In 2017 the Losses from Operations was 58% of the Revenue.

We will see in the Q3 - if Peterson can control his spending - shareholders should demand the SGA be itemized.
