The following makes no sense: (1) ADXS is going to offer shares BEFORE the EMA application, at the lowest possible price, due to a conspiracy theory involving ADXS's BODs; (2) that ADXS plans to do so in conjunction with its attendance at a financial conference, in order to highlight the horrible offering; (3) that the advocate of these theories claims to be long while predicting a $5 pps in the next four weeks.
