Toxic financiers dumping. They likely are converting at much lower prices (discount) and immediately trying to dump to lock-in their profit.

Unfortunately, the buying interest is minimal due to (IMO) risks of suspension and the lack of disclosure by the company, who appears to be purposely hiding information from investors.
