Greetings Dwayne! Welcome to the ARYC board :). ARYC is being talked about on many boards currently. Trading at .01 Many have done extensive DD on this company and are shocked at how undervalued it is. As you see, there is no dilution, it is a real company with sales that are continually increasing. Sales are ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+ almost every single day. If you are on the sidelines do not hesitate, however, unlike most stocks trading so low, this will continue to rise. I believe with certainty that it should be trading at the very, very minimum of .19-.23 per share. If 10k is great, we will see .75 soon. If you want to trade the stock, that is fine, but make sure your account is set up for day trading status or I can almost guarantee that you will be left behind.

Hi Dwayne - I'll take a stab at answering some of your questions.

Who was the former CEO of this?

In terms of Arrayit, the CEO has always been Rene Schena or her brother Mark.

Are they the reason for the CE?

Yes - company hasn't filed any quarterly or annual reports since Sept 2015

Why is this delinquent AF?

Not sure what AF stands for but there are many theories on why they are delinquent. Too much history to list here so when you have time read through through many of the posts on the subject.

What is the source of all these purchases?

Again not sure I understand your question. If you are referring to sales, you should follow the company on Twitter - they post daily sales/inquiry/quote activity there. Just be careful to really read the Tweets carefully.

Is the company aware their website was made on like that 2000s Microsoft database program?

They should be aware - I have personally raised it with them on numerous
occasions - it is really is awful. A company website is one of the first places a prospective client or investor looks and I'd find it hard to believe if anyone thought it left a positive first impression.

Were they listed on the Nasdaq prior?

Think the highest they've ever been is on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
