Yes, I said should, if you do the simple math. It is 28 days to Sept. 15th, and as this moment, Tony has expected to close the deal by that day, hence the word, "should." So as of now, per John, the audit should be completed prior to Sept. 15th.

"Should" should be replaced by "hoped tO". Better gives investors insight into the promise.
