With operations it doesn't matter about Rec vs Med - it is about how efficiently the company is operating.

Peterson has shown that he is either incompetent in operating a business or they are hiding compensation in the SGA.

Revenue = $7,842,873

COGS = $6,336,500

SGA = $6,029,287

If this continues and Peterson hasn't shown that it hasn't improved - with Rec the COGS and SGA will increase proportionately - and losses from operations will continue.
