Actually what YOU need to do is what I suggested
1. Write down the patent numbers and specific claims that made it through from each of the patents
2. Then pull up each of the patents on patentbuddy or some other site (or probably even in the ruling if its in there, I can't remember)
3. Then look at the 'overlap'.
4. You will see the same functionality and EXACT same verbiage on many claims that made it through
5. As such, in legal REALITY, there are only 6 independent claims
