As Edgarsmoney said in post 1579, they have until Sept 15 to file the 2016 Annual report. I sincerely hope they will do something by then, but who knows, they have disappointed so many times already.
No reply from Dave Habiger on LinkedIn so far either but maybe he doesn't look at it that frequently. I often go months without looking at my account.
Another thing to try would be Kaynes Technology, asking them whether they are actually rolling out any product yet. But I cannot help but think that if they were, some news would filter out and that alone would generate some buying by people in the know in India? If you recall, I did get a confirmation from them regarding the alliance, from the VP of Business Development.
On the other hand, I'm not sure where you cross the line on getting Insider Information. I would think though that that would only apply to stocks purchased after the fact.
I certainly feel your frustration, I really do, as probably most people on this board do. But look, even Elon Musk is still looking for another round of funding - 1.5 Billion to get his new line rolling.
