PMCB is patenting the use of CIAB-nonsense
The original patent for exactly that purpose expired 27-Mar.
We've been through this before... a drug company (much less a Microcrap scam) can not file for a new patent, using the same claims, and components as an expired patent.
What happens when a $1 B in revenue drug has its patent expired? Does the name brand company file a new patent on the day it expires, and suddenly has another 17 yrs of patent protection? Or does a generic drug company start manufacturing and selling the drug in the market? If the nonsense from Kenny was true, generic drugs would not exist. Patent expired? No problem, just submit a new one! Doesn't happen - does it?
