The kenergy scientific shell is a New Jersey shell. To my knowledge the shell still hadn't been reinstated in the state of New Jersey as of a month ago. So I highly doubt if they can make a name change until the shell has been reinstated. I haven't checked recently so I am not sure if it has been reinstated or not.
