DD is the most important part of any investment, and we have done ours. Thanks for posting that Note which has been a sticky for months. You seem to have missed a very key sentence in that Note 4-

These agreements have been converted to Promissory Notes and bear interest at the rate of 15% per year.

OS has been unchanged since February, and we check it daily. We are very well informed investors so if you want our ear, you will need to actually bring something we don't already know. Just simply saying SCAM in every post does not cut it. Now I'm so sure of my DD that I will offer to pay your airfare to Ohio or Florida to see an actual clinic, meet the Dr's in charge, verify their licenses, meet with management, and then if you can lay out a plausible reason why this is a SCAM, I'll join you and scream it from the rooftops!

where does it show that Shaun is author of the finacials? his name does not appear anywhere on OTC markets or on the filing itself
