USC, yes, it looks like the 50M cancel came only out of the OS and not the Restricted, thus reducing the FLOAT! I think the 10M from OTTO came out of the Restricted and the OS, so it did not affect the FLOAT last week, but it looks like the 50M did! So, if this is the corrected amount, then we are in excellent shape with the LOW FLOAT of approximately 31M shares.

THX for keeping on this question since I was assuming the FLOAT would remain the same!
