QD, with all respect, I thought Solar Tech was pretty clear. It is a straightforward statement of fact from what I can tell.

But I find myself experiencing something of an aberrant thought. Those nine million shares available to us at 9 cents had to come from somewhere. We tend to think of those people as profit seekers in a pejorative sense, like they are trying to make a quick buck while driving the price down, assuming they bought in at something like 4.5 cents. But isn't it wonderful that there are people who are willing to let go of a few shares to allow us to continue to buy in at a such a shockingly low price, considering the value? It is counter intuitive, but it is a rather pleasant way of viewing the community of investors we are all a member of.
