We do not disagree...in fact, I agree with everything you are saying. 2-3 years out. My issue with some posters is that they (encouraged by a little puffing ;-) by the company!) believe it is 2-3 months away.

And by the time any new regs are formulated, one cannot be too overcautious about the FDA looking to alternate nicotine delivery systems as better solutions in assisting users trying to wean off the nicotine habit. IMHO...more assaults on "burn" delivery systems and more support for e-cig delivery and other approved methods.
