I believe the car rental company is more interested in the GPS locator we have. They would be able to track all their cars.

As a company owner, I would have to tell my employees to rent from another company. Whether we want to admit it or nor, when my guys are out driving two or three hours from one client to the next, they rely on keeping in touch with their clients and vise versa. If our clients have to wait to or three hours for an answer, they wouldn't be our clients for long. Hands free would be fine, but complete isolation would be unacceptable.

Aside from business personnel whom require the use of phone & speak with their clients. Rental car Companies regularly move vehicles inbetween cities by long distance transporters to other rental car locations when those cities have vehicles being removed from their rental car fleet & local transporters move rentals cars within city limits from Corp. location to franchise locations within that same city. also, some airport locations have off site service facilities and use transporters to move those vehicles after being serviced back to airport for rent. In this case: you will want the employees to stay off their cell phone.
