As a company owner, I would have to tell my employees to rent from another company. Whether we want to admit it or nor, when my guys are out driving two or three hours from one client to the next, they rely on keeping in touch with their clients and vise versa. If our clients have to wait to or three hours for an answer, they wouldn't be our clients for long. Hands free would be fine, but complete isolation would be unacceptable.
