So overall, Bloom must pretty much be desperate to finally secure a reliable Scandium supplier. Considering NB is just around the corner, it would surprise me if we didn't see some kind of PR involving Bloom and NB before the end of the year.
Knowing how careful a FS is worded, the language in NB's FS regarding offtakes for at least 25% of its Scandium production within the next 6 months tells me that management is pretty much certain of at least one offtake that will be announcable before the end of the year.
