This company is currently working to raise capital to grow the business..

Open new locations to expand...

Franchise the business...

Develop branded products...

It's not easy to execute in this many directions at once. Anyone that thinks each of these plans should be executed immediately is out of their mind.

You need to line up the plan... Then execute on each item. I'd rather they take a full year to get everything done right, than to half-ass any of it.
