"Regarding your earlier question the management team is compensated through their service agreement contract either to their corp or directly as a contractor. They aren’t paid two salaries. As I said before, no other compensation arrangements exist outside of their service agreements. It’s all laid out in the 10K as public information. There is nothing shady going on."
