I'm sure from the 2 billion more then 1/2 we're old bag holders that wanted out and from the other billion some flippers who bought 1's & sold 2. So what the company did all of this just to sell say around maximum 500,000,000 shares or so @ 1 and end up at no bid and just remain there? Makes no sense to me!! Must be more to it then just that!! $DCAC
