TALK ticker symbol alone is worth millions in this sector

The ticker symbol does not belong to TALK the Company, and is not an asset of any kind, much less "worth millions".

If any larger company wanted the ticker for an exchange listing, they could request it and it would be taken from TALK. OTC companies have no standing when it comes to tickers. See Amazon - the AMZN ticker belonged to an OTC company and was taken from them, without compensation, when Amazon requested it.
