Hey nsomniyak and other longs. Any feelings on which way this is heading. Many folks over at ST feel as though the holdco's are being created to be sold off. I originally thought I read in an 8K that we holders would be allotted shares of the holding co's creating instant shareholder value. I went back and couldn't find that in the 8K. When I originally saw the "Notice of Effectiveness" I began researching the topic. It may have been another company that split into different holding co's and administered shares to holders. I guess we shall see once we get our proxy's? Not sure if Sedor will sell assets or issue shares. My feeling is that he would issue shares to reward those of us that have held so long, continue to make company profitable and then sell all assets off.
