I think Monroe mentioned this while back. The share price will go up as soon as US Global submits their current financials, which will free up a lot of financial companies red flag and allow much of us to purchase stock. My bank does not allow me currently to purchase stock. Luckily, I purchased quite a bit last year prior to the red flag.
