This was a very calculated hit by the #1 CEO. Folks, we were completely scammed from the get go.

The financials were always an issue. There is a reason why Fran always pushed back on having an audit completed.... you have to ask yourself why?

Just out of principle, I want to see the folks involved in this scam to pay!

You should be able to copy and paste it in the post. You may have to do it from a computer don't know for sure if you can c/p with an iPhone.

So everything came down to Avoid the Audit...SMH

Is there any way legally to continue with the Audit or now that receivership has been approved by the judge, the audit is not longer an option?

What was Francine hiding...???

Yes, sorry, this is bad news for the anyone hoping to get their money out of BRWC. You will likely see a reverse split, then a reverse merger with a company that is supposed to have great promise, but then gets suspended and goes quiet until it appears for another round of receivership/reverse split/reverse merger. Often they'll also be some arrests, indictments, debarment, etc. to add to the fun. It's also amusing to search google earth for the firm addresses -- typically a tour of Pack & Ship stores with mail boxes.

There are lots of examples you can find -- the most recent is HGRL, which was FXWK (the CEO of FXWK got indicted for Fraud and HGRL was suspended a while back). But also check out INOH (long history dating back to MEXP, where some folks served some time for fraud). WGEE is another one with a shady cast of characters and a checkered past, but there are so many more where you can have fun tracking the trail of slime. Odd how the same old names pop up...sorta makes you go "hmmm."
