I may not be as prompt with news. I'm going to spend more time researching dissenter rights. When the proxy statement comes out, I'll be devoting time to reading it as thoroughly as I can.

I think what's in the proxy statement will help value POW!.

I think POW! and Camsing really screwed up this process. It may be to out benefit, though. The market for comic book IP has increased. We will find out when that proxy statement comes out.
