Thats because it doesn't happen over night. Im sorry but I dont have a crystal ball to know the exact time and day the actions will be taken. So how about doing some real DD and getting back to the bard with your findings instead of constantly saying others are wrong with no facts to backup the statement what so ever.
Do some DD and give the board HONEST unbiased answers of what you find and not just answers that fit an agenda.
