I am just saying this could be some sort of guide. If I were to make a guess I'd say realistic license rate would be 1-2%. They would certainly fight over the period and off what sales amount. Lots of fighting left to be done, companies like ATVI have a record of litigating as long as that is cheaper than licensing and here we're talking about the past as patent has expired. High risk with limited payoff one time so will be discounted heavily in the stock price unfortunately. All JMHO
