It is Laughable and implausible to think about all my Rec friends, on day one will with credit cards in hand be on the phone ordering Tweed swag, so they can wait 3 day to be delivered, this will not happen especially with rec users that already have Tried and True sources !!
Legalization will fail if retail infrastructure is not in place, the only reason patients are using mail order is its force upon them for Legal medical access, your speculations on this are wrong, this would be a huge mistake. Unless there are large financial benefits and Quality differences, Rec users won't give up buying from friends and friends of Friends, like they have done for ever !!
