All PubCo's have control blocks...it's impossible for RBNW's directors to dump 200M shares...in fact so far they've only been issued 56M shares which just occurred 2 weeks ago...and those 56M shares are restricted for the next 6 months!

And even when the 6 month vesting period passes on their 56M shares they don't have any legal ability whatsoever to just dump them!

For starters they're part of the control block shares...and even if they did decide that they wanted to sell any part of them they're only able to sell 1% of RBNW's entire 86M O/S over the course of any rolling 90 day period oops!
