As per otcmarkets.com the latest share structure as of Jan 30th 2017, the float and O/S as of July 31, 2017 are very similar in number holding close to 3.5B shares. If the float gets locked up followed by solid news DCAC could fly real high! Yes they can choose to increase the O/S but doesn't seem like they have diluted further because the stock has only started to actively trade the last week! Let's see what happens! GLTUA!! $DCAC
