Stopped in on CSHDs HQ in kennesaw today at around 11:30am.
125 Town Park DR. Suite 300 Kennesaw, GA 30144.
4 story building...nice...
Entered the front door and looked at the buildings directory... NO "Converson Solutions" of any kind listed... Nearly 20 other businesses are in suite 300... Went up to Suite 300... Nice... Front desk with secretary and all...
I asked if Conversion Solutions has an office in this suite and she said yes. I asked if anyone was in. Nobody in at this time. She also says that 6 or more people come and go daily and they (Conversion Solutions) occupy approx. 1000sqft. within suite 300, also that suite 300 is an "executive office" environment shared by many other businesses.

So it does exist and is a physical address. Odd that they do not have the name on the directory!?... No subs...Nothing...

Did not get into town today to visit AISS. I'm shooting for tommorow and will get back with my findings.

Since the merger was announced after close last Wed., do they have 4 business days from Wed. or Thurs. to file the 8? Any extensions apply here?

I'm in it until the end!!! No matter what!!!
