Myth makers. Of course reverse splits are usually a bad thing, but only because speculative biotechs are terribly dangerous investments. Voting NO does not make danger into saftety
By the way 2016 reverse split results were the worst I have ever seen but mintdog indicated YES votes outnumbered NO votes by about 4 to 1. The mistake was not in the vote, the mistake was being long. The market did not believe in delcath and support. Good companies get rewarded when the market is logical. Evaluation is complicated for this company, so why think big pharm is in love? Why?
