I agree. It has never appeared like Dr. Norchi or board are interested in a quick sell out. It seems apparent to me (albeit without your credentials) that He is setting this company up for the long haul.
Judging from the bio you shared I would also guess that you have had some direct discussion with Dr. Norchi too.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Doc

Biochemist. Interesting.

Another MD PHD Dr. KSS

"I am an MD with an additional PhD in biochemistry, and for the past 20 years, in addition to practicing, being a researcher, and conducting clinical trials, I have been investing in biotech companies. I earned my degrees at a top 10 US institution, where I was an NIH scholar and graduated with top honors."

His PHD: Dr. KSS PHD in Molecular Biology of Coagulation Regulation

Regarding AC5: Still possibly one of the best medicine inventions of all time...a noncoagulant hemostatic agent."

He has been covering ARTH since 2014. Have you followed him?
He has his own forum.

Have you read my previous ARTH posts?

Thank you.

Love your post...I have been thinking about what you suggested the company do: license out the 200 different product applications, but I don't understand how they could do it?

Once ac5 is on the market its out there... For example: duck tape might have a 1000 different applications but you would not try to license them... How do you force someone to only use ac5 on their eye and not their lip.. For example. Maybe they could get away with internal end external paths, but anything more specific seems tough... Looking forward to your opinion. Thanks.

If you own that much shares, aren't you suppose to file a form from SEC?

In response to filing. You need to file if you own 5% of outstanding shares, approximately 7.5M shares. I wish I was in that categorey! Lol
