The relevant portion of the Writ says:

To Each Sheriff of the State:

YOU ARE COMMANDED to attach the body of the Defendant and to take him into custody so that he may be subjected to a deposition in aid of execution, and be compelled to complete Fact Information Sheets [Forms 1.977(a) & (b), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure] and serve a term of incarceration of One Hundred Seventy-Nine (179) days in the St. Johns County Jail for failure to complete the fact information sheets and failure to attend depositions.



GEGI, Kate and Ray all have an attorney in Florida. If they thought the above language was improper they would have filed an appeal, which they didn't. The Writ can't be anymore clear. Trying to raise legal arguments that Kate and Ray's attorney didn't raise (or raised lost and didn't appeal) is pointless.

Lastly, regardless of whether you believe the Writ is proper you should be proud that the executives for Q and G have been ordered to be incarcerated for their intentional and willful disregard for a Judge's Order.
