Like I told Myth...GEGI, Kate and Ray all have an attorney and he could have appealed the Writ if he felt it were improper. The Writs are entered in the Florida Crime Information system. If they get pulled over or have their ID checked while in Florida the Writ will pop and they will be incarcerated and extradited to the County that issued the Writ. Also, if they are staying in a hotel or somewhere else in Florida and Lattuca knows about it he can call it in and the Sheriff is supposed to go pick them up...just like a Dad that intentionally doesn't pay child support.
All of the above being said, all Kate and Ray have to do to discharge the Writ is produce documents, fill out a fact information sheet and answer questions at a deposition. Why they would rather have this Writ issued only they know.
It is strange they won't produce any GEGI records or answer questions about GEGI's finances.
