Guys...am trying to make a simple investment here. There are legal aspects with most every publicly traded company...some are hammered here for personal bitter reason; some for honest attempted clarification.
Bottom line is that we definitively learn little, and in fact waters are considerably muddied. We have heard it all, believe me!
I sure wish we could focus more on the fundamental side with the business model....and assessment of price potential. It's an investment for the great majority here, not a trial. Yet 75% of posts are legal speculations that never end in consensus. We have a great PM system here, but posters insist on parading their legal druthers here.
