I will have to phone him back and ask him if indeed Francine and him decided on Somerset Capital Ltd/ Robert L. Stevens as a Receiver - which does not add up. The Plaintiff I think would want to chose a reputable Receiver and not a Mickey Mouse Company out of Denver whose President has been accused of Fraud and Collaborating in crooked Pump & Dump Schemes by I-Hub's Fraud Research Team.
I think that either Francine has the name of the Receiver incorrect or is playing games with the Shareholders.
