Exactly - I just found info on Robert L. Stevens of
Somerset Capital Ltd - from 2014 - on I - Hub's
Fraud Research Team message board.

He is characterized as a fraudster who hijacks
abandoned Shells and sells them for Pump & Dump
Schemes.

Here is a link to info posted on the I-Hub:

http://promotionstocksecrets.com/eko-international-corp-eknl-exposed/

" Robert Stevens came in and hijacked the
Inc shell. Robert Stevens has a long history
of hijacking abandoned shells including the
VLNX shell (see our VLNX report) then passing
them on to crooked people to use for pump&dump
schemes. The reason why these hijacked shells
usually end up in the hands of crooked people is
because honest people wanting to run a legitimate
business look for clean shells to purchase even
though the price is usually higher. "

" Robert Stevens and Rocco DiBenedetto
collaborated together to turn those $665,608
of fake liabilities into free trading stock.
Despite no convertible debentures being listed
on the books for the annual report ending
December 31, 2008. Stevens and DiBenedetto
converted $24,750 of those liabilities into
24,750,000 free trading shares of BRYN stock
(a conversion rate of $.001/share). "

The Attorney for BRWC did tell me that there
was a filing in Nevada for a Recevership but that
he did not know the name of the Receiver. Did he
know but did not want to say without
Francine's consent?

I will have to phone him back and ask him if indeed
Francine and him decided on Somerset Capital Ltd/
Robert L. Stevens as a Receiver -
which does not add up. The Plaintiff I think would
want to chose a reputable Receiver and not a
Mickey Mouse Company out of Denver
whose President has been accused of Fraud and
Collaborating in crooked Pump & Dump Schemes
by I-Hub's Fraud Research Team.

I think that either Francine has the name of the
Receiver incorrect or is playing games with the
Shareholders.
