Randy all im asking ofr is proof of a companys pre dxistance before being revealed to have sold a 49 percent stake of said buisness to ONCI..Not asking for personal stuff ..big difference you must agree. But then again no one can show this truth to be in effect(that FMS was a stand alone non bergman related entity ever..
