It doesn't add up that the Plaintiff agreed to having
Somerset Capital Ltd/Robert L. Stevens appointed
as Receiver.

According to public records Somerset Capital Ltd only
generates an estimated $ 204,628 in annual revenues.

Since the phone message was from Francine I am going
to question its accuracy/honesty.
