It would be if your prior assumption about share count is accurate.
I think warrants and future offering terms, which does not look like it will be good based on price action.

I believe this will fade further unless there is some news to counter it. There is no near catalyst that will force shorts to cover...yet.

I think I maybe able to get in under $1
