Somewhere along the line it got split up to a few investors. The next 10k from my last post it was still 10mil. then the next one by matt showed this:

So I think there are some insiders that bought up a few mil and now new guy gets 5.65 or so mil. should be gold here. Float is prob pretty low with only 100k vol and most shares been back and forth same shares selling between people. imo
