My strategy is put $200 every time there is a drop in order of magnitude.

This is a highly speculative situation and the arena is batting 1 success out of 23 for all under $1B market cap pharma.
That said, I like the tech story on this, been waiting since I was a little kid for "interferon"-type meds to appear. It was all the rage in the 70's.
There are two seemingly closely related success from major pharma, patents differ only slightly.
This stock is either a "stupid tax", or it is a "hey let's change the future tax".
Tax Pays-off only if a national highway infrastructure comes about, so to speak, otherwise all you did was fund government employees the whole time, so to speak again.
That's it really, this is a tax in disguise ;)
