Quote, "I'm just wondering if anyone here has enough powder to file a lawsuit. I know multiple people on this board have reported them to the SEC. Not sure what else we can do. Glad I played it cool the last couple months after RMAT and didn't give in to these same guys pumping it everyday "

Well, my 2.5 CENTS worth.....

These guys, Rosen Law, they are the "big hitters" for OTC suits from seeing them many, many times over the years; it doesn't cost anything and they have a contact form right on their website:

http://www.rosenlegal.com/

http://www.rosenlegal.com/contact-fraud.html

And, as I've stated before- I'd bypass the SEC on-line stuff, as that goes into some massive "clearing house" type deal, probably in D.C. or wherever. I'd personally just go straight to the Miami office, right in USRM's own backyard, literally (the SEC office has an email, and even a phone number right there, just send um what you know, or heck just call um and ask for an investigator or whatever... that's my opinion) :

SEC REGIONAL MIAMI OFFICE

801 Brickell Ave., Suite 1800
Miami, FL 33131
Phone: 305-982-6300

E-mail: miami@sec.gov

Eric I. Bustillo, Regional Director
Glenn S. Gordon, Associate Regional Director (Enforcement)
John C. Mattimore, Associate Regional Director (Examinations)

That's my lousy 2.5 cents worth of opinion on those issues. The squeaky wheel often gets the grease - it's how the world works. Never hurts to try IMO. I'd guess a lot of people got seriously creamed in this latest P&D, not to mention all the other potential SEC and fiduciary or "legal" or whatever type potential "issues/problems" w/ this thing.
