Do you honestly think that if this were a scam we'd be trading at 4 cents?
C'mon were are the worthless press releases touting 1000s of sales/govt contracts et.al.?
If this were a scam we'd of hit 50 cents long ago and not be stuck waiting for filings/ symbol change/ company news!
