Think about this! What if I didn't know how to read financial filings etc like others? What if I wasn't privy to this great board and EXCELLENT dd because I didn't know about it??
The company has a responsibility to inform ALL SHAREHOLDERS within reason of the ongoings of the company!
ESPECIALLY when they are seeking SHAREHOLDERS APPROVAL to get an ammendment passed such as a R/S! WHY WITHOLD ANY VALUABLE INFORMATION FROM WHOM U NEED ON YOUR SIDE TO MAKE IT PASS?!
Once the company VERY easily explains why they might need to R/S the companies stock. THEN I'M ALL IN, AND I'm sure other NO VOTES WILL BE AS WELL! MBD
