The partnership will happen after ind is accepted because we need that to fund the trials.

And that's the way big pharmacyte does partnership deals, after successful ind.

Uplift could happen after that but the company is too busy with ascites, diabetes, pc and too many other things to worry about nasdaq just yet.

Partnership should lift share price so by that time rs won't be necessary imho
